Day 1: We begin in Puerto Varas at 8:00 AM. From there we head to the pier in Pargua, where we go on board of a ferry to cross the Chacao canal arriving at Chiloe Island. Sea-birds can already be observed during navigation. Once in Chiloe Island our first stop is Caulín, where we visit a bird sanctuary, most of them migratory. Here we will also have the chance to taste some exquisite oysters. The next stop is the town of Ancud, where we visit the Museum of Churches and the traditional Artisans Market.  The excursion continues farther to the penguin sanctuary of Puñihuil, where we board a boat to visit the nesting place of these magnificent and well known birds. The following stop is Chepu. Lodging for the night at this place will be provided in a one of a kind Ecolodge.

Day 2: The day starts early at 5:00 AM with a kayak excursion on the River Chepu, paddling through a half-submerged forest to enjoy the wonderful sunrise in this magical place. The excursion continues to the little town of Chonchi and its beautiful church. We also visit the village and church of Vilupulli. The next stop is Castro, the main town of the Chiloe Island, where we will take a tour through the town, visiting its magnificent Cathedral and the remarkable palafitos. Visitors will have the opportunity to have lunch here. From Castro we will travel to the Bird Observation Center of Pullao Bay, in the Peninsula of Rilan, a privileged place for observing migratory birds. Lodging in a hotel in the Peninsula of Rilan.

Day 3: The next stop in our architectonic route is Dalcahue. The most remarkable attraction points of this hamlet are its church, its market place and the artisans market. Boarding a ferry in Dalcahue the excursion continues to the Island of Quinchao, where we will visit the churches of Achao and Quinchao. Back in Dalcahue we head to Tenaun to visit this village and its singular church. Here visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a typical lunch at a local home.
